Wire Bonding Training and Support
Sunshine Semiconductor provides wire bonding training tailored to each customer’s equipment, application, and operator experience.
Training goes beyond basic machine operation. Operators learn how to understand the relationship between machine settings, tooling, materials, and the bonding process so they can consistently produce reliable, repeatable wire bonds and confidently troubleshoot problems as they arise.
Most training is conducted on-site using the customer’s own equipment, tooling, and production materials. This hands-on approach allows operators to develop practical skills in the same environment where they will perform production work, resulting in improved confidence, process consistency, and long-term capability.
When appropriate, SunSemi also provides remote technical support and training through video conferencing, telephone, and email.
