The K&S 4524 Ball Bonder is a manual/semi-automatic gold wire bonder designed for applications ranging from simple discrete devices to complex hybrid, microwave, MCM, and opto-device work. With individual bond parameter control, a large bonding area, deep-access capability, and support for a wide range of wire diameters, the 4524 offers practical flexibility across many manual ball bonding applications.
Its programmable Negative Electronic Flame-Off system helps provide fine control and consistent ball size, while the missing-ball detector adds another layer of process confidence.
