The K&S 4523 Wedge Bonder is a versatile manual/semi-automatic wedge bonder designed for aluminum wire, gold wire, and ribbon bonding applications. Its large bonding area, individual control of bond parameters, loop height, and force make it suitable for work ranging from simple discrete devices to hybrid, MCM, microwave, chip-on-board, and deep-cavity applications.
With its deep-access bonding head option and real-time tail adjustment capability, the 4523 is especially well suited for applications where access, consistency, and tight tail-length control are important.
